The School of Learning teaches the Inner Authority methodology as a disciplined study: self-paced courses, live cohorts, and free learning for adults who lead, teach, parent, and decide under real pressure. Every course is built on one conviction — external structure cannot replace internal structure. All courses are currently delivered online.

The School of Learning currently offers online education. A physical campus is a future vision, not an existing location — but the intention behind it is already real: a place where adult learning feels calm, serious, and humane, with light-filled study spaces, quiet corners for reading, and rooms where people learn to decide under pressure together. The Founder
Courtney P. Lacey
Keynote speaker and Decision Systems Architect, Courtney developed the Inner Authority framework through years of work in high-pressure environments — from correctional facilities to leadership rooms. The School of Learning is where that methodology becomes a curriculum anyone can study.
