A. Private Inner Authority Session — $150
Offer: $150 USD for one private 60-minute session. Payment is required before the booking is confirmed: select an available time, complete secure Stripe-hosted checkout, and payment must be verified server-side before appointment confirmation and Google Calendar/Meet provisioning. Temporary holds expire; a checkout redirect alone is not proof of payment. Stripe remains in test mode.
Terms:
- Rescheduling or cancellation requires at least 24 hours' notice before the session under Courtney's specified policy. No additional forfeiture or charge is created by this requirement. The website does not currently enforce a 24-hour cutoff automatically; requests are handled through the booking management link and this policy.
- Late cancellations or no-shows are not automatically refundable. One courtesy reschedule may be granted at Courtney's discretion.
- If Courtney cannot deliver the session, the client is offered a replacement appointment or a full refund.
- If payment succeeds but the booking fails, the session is arranged or a full refund is issued, consistent with the existing payment-status page.
- Cancelling a booking does not automatically issue a refund; refund requests go to notify@courtneyplacey.com and are reviewed and processed manually through Stripe, subject to applicable law.
B. 28-Day Inner Authority Reset — $497 or 2 × $275
Offer: four private 60-minute sessions, generally scheduled weekly. The 28-day program begins with the first coaching session, not the payment date. Payment options: $497 paid in full, or two payments of $275 totaling $550, with the second installment due exactly 14 days after the first successful payment. There is no third installment and no ongoing subscription. Rolling enrollment requires no application or consultation. Checkout remains inactive pending completion and separate approval of the technical payment and onboarding workflows.
Terms:
- A full refund may be requested within seven days of purchase if the first session has not occurred, subject to applicable law.
- After coaching begins, refund requests are individually reviewed based on services delivered and applicable legal rights.
- At least 24 hours' notice is requested for rescheduling; one discretionary courtesy reschedule may be granted for a late cancellation or no-show.
- After the program begins, withdrawal does not automatically cancel the second installment, subject to applicable law.
- If Courtney cancels or cannot deliver, a replacement or appropriate refund is offered.
The second installment remains due 14 days after the first payment under the approved plan. Enforceability, applicable consumer protections and how a granted refund affects the balance must be reviewed before activation; this policy does not activate collection or waive statutory rights.
C. 12-Week Inner Authority Apprenticeship — $2,997 total
Enrollment stages: application → enrollment conversation → acceptance → one $2,997 payment in full → coaching begins after required payment and agreements are completed.
Payment structure:
- One payment in full: $2,997 USD, payable only after acceptance. No separate onboarding purchase, second charge, installment plan or subscription. No Apprenticeship checkout is activated by this policy.
- Full refund if requested within seven days of payment and before the first session. After coaching begins, refund requests are reviewed individually, preserving applicable legal rights.
Total program price: $2,997.
Coaching structure: twelve weekly private coaching sessions. Any session duration or additional entitlement must be disclosed in the accepted offer before payment. At least 24 hours' notice is required for rescheduling; one discretionary courtesy exception may be granted for late cancellations or no-shows. If Courtney cannot deliver, replacement sessions or an appropriate refund are offered.
Between-session support: email notify@courtneyplacey.com, Monday through Friday, with responses generally within two business days. This is not an emergency or crisis service. Live payment activation remains disabled pending separately approved payment workflows.
D. Scheduling is not a financial policy
Current booking rules govern available times: at least 24 hours ahead, up to 14 days ahead, 15-minute buffers and maximum three daily appointments, with America/Chicago availability and visitor-local display. These rules do not themselves define refund rights or forfeiture. Keep secret booking-management links private. Cancellation emails do not confirm refunds.
E. Written coaching notes and optional recording
Written coaching notes are required as part of private coaching enrollment. They support session continuity and progress and remain administrator-only. Written notes are separate from optional audio/video recording; recording consent is not consent to written notes. Enrollment/intake acknowledgment of this requirement is not yet operational and must be completed before enrollment activation.
Recording is optional and requires separate, explicit consent. Before requesting affirmative consent, explain whether audio, video or both will be recorded, the purpose, storage, access, retention and withdrawal procedure, and obtain any legally required consent from all participants. Clients may decline or withdraw recording consent without losing coaching access. A decline means "Recording consent: Declined — Session not recorded." No recording is automatically activated. The website captures authenticated client grant, decline and withdrawal decisions, with server timestamps, identity, explicit disclosure acknowledgment and a scope/version reference. The full disclosure is shown before a grant and remains available in Recording Consent & Privacy Details. Collapsing details does not change consent. Recording storage and meeting-platform capture remain disabled. Consent does not start a recording; storage/provider details and renewed informed confirmation are required before any capture. Withdrawal ends future recording authorization and does not automatically erase recordings already made. Deletion requests go to notify@courtneyplacey.com, subject to applicable requirements.
Approved retention target: written coaching notes and consented recordings are retained for one year after the coaching relationship ends, subject to applicable law and documented legal exceptions. Clients may request earlier deletion via notify@courtneyplacey.com, subject to applicable obligations. The Vault stores relationship end dates, shows a one-year review date, and blocks note deletion under a legal hold. Review/deletion is manual; no automatic deletion scheduler or recording storage is implemented.
F. Scope, requests and rights
Educational coaching is not psychotherapy, medical treatment or emergency services and guarantees no specific outcome. Do not use website forms or learning journals for emergencies; seek appropriate local emergency assistance. No promise of clinical privilege, absolute confidentiality or emergency intervention is made.
Applicable non-waivable privacy and consumer rights remain preserved. This policy contains no arbitration clause, class-action waiver, broad liability release, blanket no-refund rule or automatic forfeiture. Publication of this policy does not enable live payments, recording or unfinished enrollment workflows.
